Les échanges sur le marché central ressortent en baisse par rapport au mois dernier avec une moyenne quotidienne se situant à 141 MDH.
Le mois de mars a été animé par les évènements suivants :
NOUVELLES MACROECONOMIQUES
– ECONOMIE NATIONALE : Selon les dernières publications du HCP, le PIB national aurait progressé de 2,9% à fin T1 2024, soit une croissance moins prononcée que celle enregistrée une année auparavant. La croissance du 1er trimestre de cette année est ventilée entre une amélioration de 3,7% de la valeur ajoutée non agricole et un repli de 4,1% de la VA agricole.
Pour le prochain trimestre, le HCP table sur une croissance économique de 2,7%, légèrement supérieure à celle enregistré au T2 2023.
– INFLATION : L’inflation nationale continue son trend baissier en enregistrant 0,3% à fin février 2024, son niveau le plus bas depuis mars 2021 ; résultant de la baisse de 0,4% des prix des produits alimentaires et d’une hausse de 0,9% des produits non alimentaires. En parallèle, sa composante sous-jacente affiche une augmentation de 2,2% par rapport à fin février 2023.
NOUVELLES SECTORIELLES
– CREDITS BANCAIRES : A fin février 2024, l’encours du crédit au niveau national ressort stable par rapport à un mois auparavant, avec un cumul de 1 089 MMDH. Comparé à la même période en 2023, cet encours enregistre une croissance annuelle de 5,7%.
– VENTES DE CIMENT : Les volumes de ciment écoulés au niveau national ont totalisé 3,2 millions de T depuis le début d’année, soit en quasi-stabilité par rapport au cumul enregistré au T1 2023.
– VENTES AUTOMOBILES : Au terme du T1 2024, les nouvelles immatriculations ont atteint près de 35 700 unités, affichant une baisse annuelle de 3,1% par rapport à fin mars 2023. Ces ventes sont ventilées entre 31 741 véhicules particuliers (-6,0% vs T1 2023) et 3 939 véhicules utilitaires légers (+29%).
Fund
Le MASI EURO enregistre une performance mensuelle de -0,63 et une performance YTD de +7,30%.
La baisse du marché provient essentiellement de la contreperformance de : ITISSALAT AL-MAGHRIB (-2,98% à 100,9 DH), BCP (-2,98 % à 295,9 DH), LAFARGEHOLCIM MAR (-2,45% à 1950 DH), SODEP-Marsa Maroc (-3,95% à 280 DH) et BANK OF AFRICA (-2,5% à 195 DH).
Quant au FCP Atlas Maroc, il affiche une performance mensuelle de -0,99% et une performance YTD de +5,36%.
