The Investor Relations junior will: Prepare responses to any client requests and RFPs, DDQs, RFIs by liaising with Portfolio Managers, Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations Work with the investment teams to provide updates and communication for both internal and external use Maintain the existing standard RFP responses, writing new product and organizational specific responses and managing updates and improvements Assist in the production of presentation materials, monthly fund reports, dedicated client reports Feed and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system Organize and coordinate portfolio manager roadshows, client meetings and events Maintain, manage and enhance information provision via Databases, Seminars, Industry Conferences and Annual meetings. The Role: The Investor Relation Manager works either at our Paris or London office and reports to the co-heads of Sales. He/she will be part of the Investor Relations team (3 to 4 members). Operations Manager Operations Manager Full-Time About Alma Capital: We are a fund management and fund distribution company with approximately €4 billion of assets, operating from offices in Luxembourg, Paris and London, catering to institutional investors. Our Operations team comprises a number of employees working from our Luxembourg, London and Paris offices, with additional support from an external service provider located in India. This team is responsible for the operational oversight of the investment funds, comprising core activities such as: Oversight of the fund accounting Cash management Coordination of the production, maintenance and distribution of fund’s related reporting such as KIIDs, EMTs, and other Solvency 2 reports Service provider oversight Trade processing Fund lifecycle management (launches, changes, closures) More specifically, the Luxembourg team comprises 4 persons, including the conducting officer in charge of the Fund’s accounting. This team is responsible for all daily activities of the funds under management, from an accounting, reporting and legal point of view. About the role of an Operations Manager: The Operations Manager will be working with the Operations team in Luxembourg, under the supervision of the Conducting Officer in charge of the Accounting of the Funds, and the main duties will include: Assist the team when needed with daily NAV oversight, fund expense monitoring, preparation of daily internal management information, etc… Assist with the oversight and monitoring of service providers Oversee the annual / interim fund reports prepared by the administrator and assist with the audit process Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls The role will also have a project focus, including: Regulatory set up and reporting such as EMIR, KIIDs, PRIIPS Fund lifecycle events (fund launches, restructurings and closures) The Operations Manager will likely possess: Master degree 3 to 5 years of experience working in an audit firm in charge of the audit of Luxembourg funds and management company or similar experience giving a general overview of a fund life cycle Legal and regulatory experience in the fund industry is a plus Some experience of Bloomberg and other databases is also nice to have Proficiency in Excel Strong qualitative and quantitative skills Excellent attention to details Extremely good organization and process management skills to ensure completion of multiple tasks across multiple deadlines A positive attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to working in a small firm with a fast-paced team environment Strong communication skills: ability to articulate and present ideas effectively in both oral and written form Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team Ability to display initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving Apply or send an email directly to recruitment@almacapital.com	Senior	Luxembourg	Apply

Description of responsibilities: The Risk Manager is working for our Company in London and reports to the Head of Risk. He will be part of the overall Risk team including 5 members (Conducting officer in charge of the oversight of the Risk Management, Head of Risks, 1 senior risk manager and one junior risk officer). He will support the risk team in the oversight of the Managers on the platform and review of new managers coming onto the platform looking at compliance risk limits, the review of the overall strategy of the funds as well as operational risk more widely. Description of the day-to-day tasks performed by the Risk team: Daily Rule compliance checks Share class FX hedging monitoring Analysis of Portfolios Assist in delivery of fund launches, closures or changes Regulatory and client risk reporting Review and implementation of new regulations. Assist with the oversight and monitoring of service providers Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls The Risk Managers also supervise the junior risk officer, and is interacting directly with the Head of Risk Management when deemed necessary, in addition to reporting to the Senior Risk Manager. The Risk Manager will have 3 to 5 years of experience in Risk Management with predominantly quantitative education background.
